At the beginning of the session, I invite you to immerse yourself in the world of sound healing.

With the soothing tones of singing bowls and koshi chimes, I create a relaxing atmosphere that helps you release stress and enter a state of deep calm and mindfulness.

This process not only enhances your well-being but also opens a space for self-discovery and creativity, where you can experience yourself in your full power and groundedness.
